The location is really bad, the staff are indifferent to service requests, the room door wouldn’t close – you literally had to push it to open, which felt unsafe. The window was uncovered and only covered with a cloth, the bathroom was dirty, the toilet water came out dirty and the pipes smelled like a drain when you flushed the sink or shower.
The front‑desk guy is very kind. The air‑conditioning made an exaggerated noise, and on the first day the staff entered the room without permission because we left the AC on. On the second day they came to collect and wanted to charge us for a towel we placed on the floor to block the shower water from splashing around the bathroom, since there was no curtain, divider or anything else. We refused to pay. In addition, the two days they entered the room the door was left unsecured.
The staff are very friendly, the place is super secure, and it’s very close to the centre.
Close to the city centre (10 min walk), a large room, comfortable bed, very clean. The staff are really friendly and helpful! I recommend this hostel!
