One of the ladies is pretty mean, never happy, kind of rude. I don’t know her name, but every time I’ve been there she’s always really rude. She looks like a Mexican lady, I’m not sure about her nationality.

It smelled bad and the reception staff was terrible.

The rooms we got were extremely dirty, the staff treated us poorly and almost accused us of theft over some towels, and the overall cleanliness was terrible.
