The staff behaved very well, but the hot water didn't work properly.

The view is nice and the hotel sits in a beautiful valley, yet the other guests kept playing loud music late at night and again in the morning, making it hard to enjoy the peaceful surroundings; the room was also quite cold and damp.

The location was superb with an excellent terrace to relax in nature for hours, and the staff were very helpful and the food was good, but the bed was too small for three people; the owner promised an extra bed/cot but denied it on the day and only offered a mattress, leaving the place very cold and uncomfortable to sleep on the floor, so I ended up booking two additional rooms just to have extra bedding.
