The rooms were in a good spot, easy to access. The shower was faulty, spraying water from both the bottom and top heads at once, and the tub drained very slowly. I felt it was overpriced for the lack of service.

I liked the kid‑friendly activities, especially the indoor playscape, plus the pool, indoor golf, ping‑pong, and complimentary breakfast. The location was close to the national park. Unfortunately, all the broken and cracked windows on the side we were told to park at made us uneasy about safety. A tape‑covered screw on the playscape plexiglass raised concerns about maintenance, and the wristband system and door sign made me question how many unauthorized guests might be slipping in.

The pool and hot tub were great. The bathtub in the room drained too slowly.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean, and the location was quiet with no road noise, but parking was limited in the A section, the window to our room was broken, the room had a funny odor, and we could hear people in the next room talking.
