Easy access, the entrance is on the street and there’s a security gate—though we didn’t feel unsafe. Parking is usually outside the property and in the surrounding area. The place is very clean, beautiful, and the owners are very friendly. There’s no signal on the premises—though there is wifi—and the portable air‑conditioner is noisy and takes a while to cool.

Parking right in front of the room was comfortable, and the owner was friendly and helpful. There was nothing in particular to note; for one or a few nights it works perfectly.

The location is central and clean, and communication with the host was instant. The only problem was that the listing promised air conditioning, yet the place only had a fan, which the host failed to mention. On the hot, humid day we chose, the constantly running fan couldn't cool the room properly.
