“Great Experience next to Pretty Piazza”
The place is in an excellent spot, the room is roomy and plain, the lift works well, and breakfast offers nice options. I had one tasty dish at the hotel restaurant, and Frederico was very helpful—when no taxis were available for 6 a.m. to the station, he drove me himself. It’s not far, but being old and walking in darkness and rain isn’t fun. Frederico was kind, and overall it was a good experience for a fair price. I booked a double but got two singles together; the bed is low and very firm, and there’s no fridge, bottled water, tea, or coffee in the room. The only TV channel is CNN in English.
