The mattress was comfortable and the hot springs were close by. Unfortunately I couldn’t use the hot springs I was most looking forward to, so the place turned out to be poorly connected and it was raining.

The spot was handy, even if you didn’t have a car. A bus stop was nearby and ran fairly regularly. A 7‑Eleven and a handful of eateries were close enough, and the spa next door was the highlight. The pension was old‑fashioned, so the room showed some age, but that didn’t matter much for the price.

The location was ideal for soaking in the hot springs, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
