This hotel really exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect - it's just a short walk to the beach, and the hotel even arranged a convenient transport service for us. The staff were on top of things, making sure we had everything we needed. The improvements they've made in service, food, and amenities are really paying off, and I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay.

I stayed at this hotel and had mixed feelings about it. The apartment itself was decent, with a comfortable bed and clean bathroom. However, the breakfast was a letdown - the selection was limited and the quality was subpar. The service was also a bit lacking, with some staff members seeming uninterested in helping. On top of that, some of the amenities, like the gym and pool, were out of order, and we had to ask multiple times for them to be fixed.

The hotel's location is its biggest selling point - it's right in the heart of the city, within walking distance to all the major attractions. However, that's where the positives end. The staff seemed completely uninterested in helping us, and the room was a mess when we arrived, with trash and dirty towels left behind. To make matters worse, the air conditioning wasn't working, the shower was clogged, and there were mosquitoes buzzing around the room.

The hotel had a decent selection of food, but it was a bit of a letdown in terms of variety and quality. I was expecting more options, but it was just okay. On the other hand, the cleanliness of the rooms and the overall environment were a highlight - everything was spotless and well-maintained, which was a pleasant surprise.
