The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Amazing daily yoga sessions from Katrin! The team at the Italian restaurant were fantastic, especially Vicky with the kids. We had an issue with our room when we first arrived that tainted the first impression, which was definitely a shame. The problem was fixed quickly by the staff and we appreciated their efforts to improve things. A few items could use an update since they seemed a bit tired and worn out, such as the bed linens, beach towels, and sunbeds.

Everything! The hotel is beautiful, the staff are super nice and friendly and did their best at any moment! Our room was clean, breakfast had everything needed. The pools are super nice, and really everything was perfect! It’s a great hotel for families with a small baby. It was pretty full but because it’s huge it didn’t feel crowded, and it was also very quiet. Many food options and a direct approach to the beach are also perfect. The only thing I can think of – the room and toilet could have better ventilation.
