I booked a room with a view of the charger and paid a high price for it; the window faced the corridor but at least the room was clean. I didn’t like that the booking platform let me set check‑in at 16:00 and check‑out the next day at the same time, which was accepted after review; when I tried to leave at 15:00 the staff wanted to charge me for two nights, and no employee mentioned that I had to leave earlier or that the app would do so, which was embarrassing. In the end we settled on the nightly rate plus an extra 150 reais, and I was outraged but won’t return; there are better options. The breakfast was good and well prepared.
