The spot was more than great; we walked without trouble to Barrio Antiguo, Macroplaza, and Paseo Santa Lucía. Water pressure in the shower and hot water were excellent. Reception staff were very helpful and fully accessible, they took care of our luggage and let us use the common areas without any issue from check‑out until our flight. The bed was fine, but could be more comfortable and have more pillows. Also, there are no elevators and 90% of the rooms require stairs, which might be a problem for guests with reduced mobility. Everything else was very good.

I liked the hotel’s old‑world style, the rooms were pretty, comfortable, and very clean; I’d definitely stay again.
