Arazo villa

Arazo villa was our first accommodation in Sri Lanka and we had an amazing time with Manori, who welcomed us warmly into her family and cooked fabulous meals every day using ingredients from her garden or the market. She is kind, caring, and always available for guests; we can never thank her enough for this stay. Her son made our trips easier with reasonable prices, thank you to him. Toutou and Jimmy are adorable dogs. The view from our room was fantastic, and it was a real pleasure to stay at this place; we recommend it to everyone.

Arazo Villa’s garden and sea view are a fantastic combo, and Manoj is always ready to help; his mum is kind, cooks delicious dinners, and arranged a massage that came right to the room. I’m thrilled I stayed there the first few days after arriving.

The hardwood furniture and floors give the room a cozy feel, and the view of the ocean, trees, and stupa temple is lovely. The sea breeze comes in day and night, the bed is big and comfy, the lighting is warm and pleasant, and the bathroom opens to nature, which is very practical. The garden inside the house is nice, and the owner is very friendly.

The staff treated my mother and kids kindly, and breakfast was good. The furniture is old, the entrance is unkempt, and getting there is exhausting and drains your energy—honestly I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
