The room was filthy, the AC was broken, the staff were unhelpful, and the hallway stayed noisy all night—definitely the worst hotel stay ever.

I had no positives at all; the room was cramped, the service was awful, and it was the worst experience of my life.

Honestly, there was almost nothing good except the balcony with a view of the river, a small waterfall, and trees. Everything else was terrible: no basic toiletries beyond a single towel and a tiny soap, the geyser was non‑functional with no knobs to turn it on or off, the Wi‑Fi was spotty so I couldn't watch TV, and the overall quality of the room, furniture, and bathroom was far below what I paid for a single night. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
