“Plus jamais cet hôtel”

The staff were very friendly, which was the only bright spot; otherwise, never again! The pillows were awful, stuffed with some synthetic material that squeaked in my ears, a thing I’d never seen in a hotel. At 1 a.m. the garbage pickup woke me up, then the streets were washed meticulously, one by one, under all the parked cars, for an hour of hellish noise. I’m not saying the hotel was to blame, but next time I’ll choose a hotel outside the city centre.

“Nice hotel in Nice (🤭🙈)”

The staff were super friendly and helpful, the room was clean, modern, and had a great bathroom, and the location was good—just 2–3 tram stops from the old town. The breakfast options were limited, there was no solo‑traveller discount, and construction work opposite my window was noisy (obviously outside the hotel’s control). Verdict: despite a few drawbacks, I’d definitely return if I can’t find a cheaper option.

“Bien”

The rooms were well‑soundproofed and spacious, the bedding was comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the location was ideal for us; the value for money was decent. The floor in the room had only been vacuumed, not washed, and the breakfast was pricey for what was offered, with too few choices and the closing time too early.
