The location is perfect, right in the center of Norwich city and close to the university parking. The owners are welcoming and serve a fantastic breakfast. The home‑like room was ideal, complete with its own bathroom. No complaints.

Elliot was very helpful over the phone when I called with questions, and he remained welcoming and helpful during our stay. The room was comfortable and quiet, and breakfast was delicious. We would definitely recommend it and would stay again.

Excellent location for my meeting at the university. Very attentive, helpful and engaging proprietor. Fresh milk provided in a fridge for tea/coffee. Suggestion made for where to eat that evening, which was perfect. If further meetings occur at the university, I'll be checking availability here again first

The owner was extremely accommodating. Initially I drove straight past the property; it wasn’t a big problem, but if I had to pick one thing, I’d mention the signage.
