The room was clean and the staff were kind, unlike the management. Every morning from 6 am the temple next door blasted music and chanting at a loud volume, making rest impossible. The hotel’s laundry service ruined several of my €200 garments, and the management showed utter disrespect by offering only €10 in compensation and cancelling the laundry fee—an insult. While the housekeeping staff were pleasant, the management was dishonest, unfriendly, and refused to take responsibility. Avoid this place if you want peace and never leave your belongings with them; they also do not accept credit cards.
