Food and pool. In the first days they only made the beds during lunch or just after. Then the service improved. We were near the cleaning staff's lounge and the first days their commotion made it hard to sleep. After reporting it, it got better. The parking was expensive. I was convinced the parking was the hotel’s, but it was actually farther and run by another entity that only covers car theft. The hotel has a place to unload and load luggage, but it’s not always free on departure and arrival days, and the road ends right there and is one‑way. So when I arrived I had a lot of trouble (I even had a disabled child with me) and I unloaded the luggage the day before departure and then brought the car to the parking for the night. The wardrobe was angular and wall‑mounted and very uncomfortable for putting things in and taking them out.

The kitchen was good, plentiful, and the dining staff were kind. The mattress was old and hard.

The front‑desk and kitchen staff were helpful, but the single room felt more like a tiny closet.

The dining room and housekeeping were excellent and very courteous, yet one receptionist failed to note that we paid cash for parking upon arrival; she didn’t issue a receipt, which could have led to a duplicate charge.
