“They call it lucky backpacker hostel, but personally, my experience was literally “unlucky” and bad.”
This hostel is so bad. They call it lucky backpacker, but honestly, my experience was unlucky. The smell of the room is bad. The smell of the blanket is stinky and the manager is African and does not solve the issue or problem of their guests. I highly advice everyone not to pay in advance. What happened to me was, I paid 2nights in advance. Then suddenly, I need to come back to the country that I am working because the visa has issued to me earlier than I was expecting. But sad to say, they took my payment ad they don’t want to give back my advance payment. I have tried to talk to the staff and the manager politely because that was my only money left in my pocket for my transportation expenses, but they kept on thinking of alibis and excuses. Even the manager who is African, he did not perform his duty well as a manager. He doesn’t even attempt trying to solve my issue or concern about the property. Lastly, the AC is broken and keeps on dropping on the bed. Also, the other guests always slam the door and make any noise, but the staff in this hostel did not solve this concern, too
