The airport shuttle was appreciated, yet it only ran after checkout; with afternoon flights, a more flexible service would be better.
“Best hotel chain in Japan - STAY”
This is the best affordable hotel chain in Japan; I've stayed at about 15 of them. This Grande property costs 12,500 instead of 10,000 on a Saturday night, offers a larger room, a fantastic onsen‑style hot‑bath with sauna and cold tub, an amazing view of the base, and a great location, and it’s only a year old. The only tiny issue was that a toilet brush was missing, so I had to deal with some gross stuff, and while hot coffee is available downstairs, a drip coffee maker in the room would be nice.
“Excellent location , modern, great onsen, restaurant is also great value and delicious”
Everything was perfect, and there was nothing to complain about.

The only downside was the small capsule‑type bathroom, which was functional, and the bed was against one wall, which works for a single but not great otherwise.
