The place is lovely, with a slightly quirky vibe near Tirano’s old town, and Andrea, the owner, offers warm personal service. The only issue was that the sign pointing to the front door was a bit unclear.

The building, 700 years old, has a great atmosphere and state‑of‑the‑art electrical systems. The breakfast, however, was very simple for my tastes.

The host was very nice, and there’s a wine bar nearby, but we found better and cheaper wine in city‑centre restaurants—especially the red wine—and the food at Antica Osteria dell'Angelo was amazing!
