When we finally entered, the room was spacious and immaculate, and the ensuite matched that cleanliness. The address on the paperwork differed from the email I received on the day of travel. Getting into the property was hard, but someone eventually let us in. Inside, the key was hidden in the kitchen, and it took 2 ½ hours to reach the room we had booked. There was no toilet paper in the house, only one medium towel between two of us, the kitchen bin was overflowing, and we couldn’t open the back door to take out the rubbish. The kitchen chair was broken and my partner fell off it. Wet laundry hung in the kitchen had to be moved to the stove area, etc. The whole experience was stressful because we had a meeting to attend and I was anxious about returning to the property in the dark.
