Quiet, and any service requests were handled promptly. Management was very attentive to guests. The beach is just 100 m from the hotel. For the rate I paid, I wouldn’t complain about anything.

The location is great, right next to the beach, and the hotel is very modern. It was a bit out of the way from the main area with more restaurants, but that didn’t bother us.

You could tell the place was newly built; the room was spacious and offered a sea view from the doorway, and the staff were friendly. However, the management clearly lacks standards. I had to request a towel and the one I received wasn’t clean. The bedding was the same as the room’s, not as clean as expected—like it was washed by hand with soap or in a machine with little or no detergent, so it didn’t smell good at all. A major improvement would be to send linens to a professional laundry. The main issue is the location: crows everywhere because the surrounding area was littered, not the hotel itself. I usually love the beach, but I didn’t feel close to the sea because the beach, mainly used by fishermen, was filthy with plastic, etc. The room and bathroom had good furniture and fittings, but they weren’t cleaned properly. I saw grime on the toilet seat—glimmers of fluid, not sure if bodily fluids or soap, but it was clear it wasn’t sanitized.

The interior of the hotel was beautiful, and the view was fantastic, but the WIFI never worked during the whole stay. The staff were pleasant, yet they didn’t solve anything. The pool was dirty, and the beach was surrounded by fishermen and boats all the time. I recommend it to tourists, not to families with children. The WIFI was advertised as free but didn’t work.
