CconfortHotels Semplici Emozioni

“Не повернусь”

The spot is great, the bed is comfy, and the balcony view is nice. The electronic key won’t work without internet or a phone, so that’s a hassle. The place needs some repairs and the furniture should be updated. The toilet was noisy and kept me from sleeping. The listing mentioned a kettle, but there wasn’t one in the room, and the staff said it wasn’t supposed to be there.

The location is good. The apartment was dirty, had a urine smell at the entrance, the furniture was broken, the towels were sticky (and there was only a bath towel, no hand towel); soap was missing.

The location is convenient because it’s close to the train and bus station. The towels and sheets were never changed.

“Avoid !!”

Nothing positive. Access was complicated and not secure. The room was filthy and poorly maintained. Getting in touch with the vendor was difficult.

“Wakacje byłyby udane gdyby nie problem z otworzeniem pokoju i ze śmieciami.”

The location is very convenient, close to the train station and about a 15‑minute walk to the old town. The room was spacious with a balcony. Nearby there were places where you could have breakfast or another meal. The check‑in was a nightmare. The instructions on how to open the room were ambiguous. A contact number was given for problems, but nobody answered. We had to book an extra night because we risked sleeping on the street. The staff, hearing our troubles, reached out to the Cconfort Hotels office. They answered from an Italian number. Everything ended up fine, but the extra stress was unnecessary. The link‑based opening method didn’t work because the door wouldn’t always open. In the end they gave us keys like the other guests. For the 11 days of our stay, no one came to take out the trash. There was no information on where to dispose of empty bottles or anything. Towels were never changed.
