The room was tidy, carpeted, and a bit small, but it had a generous set of windows that opened. Breakfast was solid, featuring made‑to‑order eggs and small smoothies. The courtyard outside was pleasant, and a short walk across one of the pedestrian bridges brought you to the old town.

The location and the youthful vibe are great. The bathroom lacks privacy, and there were a few issues with the shower leaking onto the floor.

Staff were friendly and helpful, the location was great, the hotel was clean, and breakfast was lovely. Nothing to complain about.

The hotel sits in a nice area, close to the riverfront and restaurants, and it has an elevator. The rooms were comfortable, but ours lacked a kettle and we were told we’d need to upgrade to get one. Breakfast was good. The hotel is tucked into an alley that can’t be reached from the main road by car, so you have to carry your bags to the street. The bathroom’s glass door is uncomfortable, lets sound in, and doesn’t close properly; more pegs for hanging clothes would be nice.

The location is ideal for exploring the city without a car, just a stone’s throw from the castle and restaurants. Breakfast was excellent, and I loved all the artwork on display. Privacy in the washroom is limited because of the glass wall and door, though a curtain can be pulled across.
