I skipped breakfast, but the coffee was excellent; the room felt incredibly cozy. Kudos to Alicia S for keeping my room pristine and comfortable, and to Maia at the front desk for her friendly, attentive service during check‑in. Thanks for hiring such great staff! I’ll book again.

The rooms are roomy, but during our three‑day stay the housekeeping failed to clean the room on two of those nights. The first time we politely asked for someone to tidy up, they only made the beds the next day and left the trash. On the third morning, before we left, we asked again and nothing was done, which felt rude and reflected poor management. I’ve had great experiences at other Fairfields, but this one fell short.

The grab bar in the shower should be at the back of the stall, not the front, and the shower head seemed adjustable but I couldn’t change it and didn’t like its default setting; otherwise it was very nice.
