The breakfast, the modernity of the place, and the friendliness at reception were positives, but the room finishes and the night‑time bathroom vacuuming were negatives.

We had a nice corner room with a stunning view of the old town, and of course from the rooftop bar as well. The staff were helpful and friendly, yet traffic in Tbilisi is quite heavy, which the hotel also suffers from; it could have been better insulated, and I personally did not find the breakfast quality good.

Breakfast was okay, but the restaurant could only be used after 3 pm and not at all when they had an event, even for hotel guests, so room service didn’t work.

I never liked anything about the place. Honestly, the first time I arrived, they refused to carry my luggage even though there was a dedicated staff member; the manager was scared and ended up taking the bags himself. The bathrooms smelled awful, like they hadn't been cleaned in ages, and I couldn't sit down because of the odor. After my stay, I had to bring the bags back myself and they again refused to help; their attitude was terrible and I won't return.
