The location was great. It was a downside that they didn’t sell food or snacks.

The space was very pleasant and quiet, and the staff were very friendly. The room had a slight damp smell that didn’t affect the stay, but it’s something to keep in mind.

I found the location excellent, the facilities super good, and the reception staff’s service hours were amazing (they run an extended schedule so guests can do various entertainment activities late into the night). The food was excellent and, of course, the people in general—workers and guests—treated us very well, always super friendly. The only downside was that not all meals of the day were included; I understand it’s more complicated, but there should be an option to pay a little more to include that benefit.
