“Terrible!”

The location was close to our event, but there were no key fobs! We had to leave our door open with a deadbolt if we didn’t want to wake the attendant. We had to change clothes and take our luggage with us. The shower curtain was new, gross! The toilet and bathtub needed a good scrubbing inside and out! Water was on the floor in the bed area. The TV signal didn’t work. The breakfast area was gross, and your public restroom and back kitchen area should be locked up or deep cleaned! The outdoor furniture right in front of the entrance is awful, and having staff sit out there smoking is a real eyesore. We stayed here a couple of years ago and it was never this bad. We won’t come back!

When I arrived the room was dirty, trash on the floor, bugs in the windows, gunk in the fridge, etc. I was told I’d be refunded in 24 hours, but it’s been a week and I’ve received nothing.

“They couldn’t pay me to ever stay there again.”

I was happy to leave, but after staying here many times, the place has really deteriorated; police had to intervene on several occasions to resolve conflicts among the occupants. I had to change rooms because the door wouldn't lock, found hair in the bed, there was no breakfast, and the building was extremely noisy.
