You’ll arrive at the hotel in about 3 minutes after the trend indicator. From there, the city’s central points are just a 10‑15 minute walk. The room is spacious and the bathroom is comfortable and nice. Florence has a great place to stay. I definitely recommend it. Everything was very good.

The room was huge, very comfortable and clean. The elevator was a PLUS! It’s very close to the train station, and the check‑in and check‑out were very flexible. Nothing to say.

The location was great, in the city centre and 300 metres from the station. The room was very clean and spacious, with tea and coffee making facilities and even a jar of biscuits. The staff were fabulous, very helpful and friendly. Nothing.

The room was lovely with a view—spacious, with a clean, modern bathroom, a comfy bed and tea making facilities. It’s a great spot for train travellers, just a short walk across from S.M.N Station. The staff were fantastic, communicating before arrival, giving detailed check‑in info, and storing my bags at no extra charge. I highly recommend getting breakfast at least one day—great value for money, mostly pastries so you can take leftovers for later. The lift is old and slow… it’s fine, but be prepared for a 5‑minute (or longer) wait if you have luggage. Also, because of the location, traffic noise lasts until quite late at night.

The staff member Nicole was outstanding, and the room was huge and spotless; the location was practically next to the station. The lift, though old and a bit scary, still worked fine.
