The location was great, right next to Wegmans, making it easy to get anywhere in Fredericksburg; the hotel offered suitable amenities for a family with kids, a nice breakfast, and the reception staff were very courteous and professional.

The hotel sat in a great spot and offered free transportation within a 3‑mile radius to any destination you chose; the staff were excellent, especially bartender Zeke who was really friendly, though the bed was only average and not as comfortable as I had expected.

The atmosphere was quiet and it was nice, very friendly people.I am not talking about staff. I don't like that. There are hidden fees and taxes. They place a hold on your account that is charged $75 a day. Once you live, you know, you get it released. And everything like that, and that's fine. That's at every hotel. But they also charge a destination fee. I don't know what that's for it was a surprise fee for me. I wasn't told about that. I don't like that. There are no trash bins available to dump out your trash and there's no trash bags in the trash bins. In the your room,you're just putting trash inside an empty bin The drinks in the fridge, there's no need to get them. because they're all warm. You might as well go to the store. Get you a small case and use the ice that they have there Why pay $4 for a little tiny warm soda, where you can go get a case yourself. They don't have any light beer. There's no variety there, but there's nowhere. You can get one, that's close by. You don't want to move your car because you don't want to lose your park. Or you probably already paid for an hour or so for the parking spot. So if you move it, you're not guaranteed to get it back and you're already paid for an hour or more.There's no getting that back

The bathroom space was ample, the snack and beverage variety was great, and we appreciated the streaming services and the room upgrade we received upon arrival; however, the power went out in our room before we checked out the next morning, leaving no working lights in the bathroom and non‑functional wall sockets after using a steamer and charging a phone; we requested an extra blanket, were told over the phone that one was available but none were brought because the hotel only had sheets, and there were no throw blankets in the suite despite our arrival after a storm; the Uber Eats driver was denied entry to our room even with our explicit approval, forcing us to walk downstairs in the middle of the night after a long drive.
