The property is very beautiful and quiet with a large garden, the rooms are simply furnished but functional, and the breakfast is great.

Quiet spot, great location, host was super friendly. The room got hot, though, and the tiny fan didn't do much to cool it down.

Nice little stop near Lugano. The room was simple and comfy, and breakfast on the balcony overlooking the garden was a treat. Parking was available, so no hassle.

The owner was a bit grumpy at first but warmed up and turned out friendly. Some guests were loud late into the night, but the breakfast was excellent.
