“ABSOLUTELY AWFUL EXPERIENCE RUDE HOST VERY FAKE”

I liked the location of the property and the nice area, but they never change the dirty towels and bedsheets. I had to complain to Chris, who then got extremely aggressive about it. When I asked him where the bus stop was, he became extremely rude and said he knew nothing. I replied that I hadn’t been to this area yet. I can’t believe the other reviews for the hotel are real; this is a real review from a real person. Also the breakfast on the first two days was extremely poor; the woman serving ignored me when I asked for a second cup of tea, said she couldn’t speak English, and the service was terrible. Stay well away.

The rooms are large and spacious, very close to Nesebar Old Town, but all the beer at the bar is expired and the outdoor breakfast is poorly served.

“Befriedigend”

It was acceptable, though the options were limited. We stayed a week and the room never got cleaned; the child had to sleep on a badly broken chair whose headrest sat far lower than the rest of the seat.

The owner is a fantastic guy, helpful and friendly.

The staff were polite, the location was nice and the breakfast tasty, but the gym didn’t look like the pictures and was in a much worse condition and had to be paid for separately.
