“Pessimo”
The proximity to the city center was good. The rest was awful. The bathroom was so tiny that closing the door was a struggle, the sink was minuscule (hand washing was barely possible), and a plastic razor blade left by a previous guest was stuck in the protection. There was no bidet, the toilet had no tank, no shelf for personal items, and the shower curtain soaked and let water run onto the floor (we had to lay a towel to dry it). The shower tap was mounted very low and in the wrong direction. The room’s chandelier only worked from a switch outside the door, the hanging structure was detaching from the wall so we couldn’t use it, and there was no outlet next to the bed. The website allowed me to select a room with two single beds, but we arrived and found a double bed instead: the booking listed 1 double room and 1 room with two single beds. A notice on the entrance table warned of a boiler malfunction, but it had no date and the yellowing paper and stains showed it had been there for a long time.
