The water park was well laid out and the staff were excellent, but the bedding was quite scratchy.

The location was ideal for our family who flew into Calgary and rented a car; there was plenty of parking, the room was spacious, the bed was large, and the restaurant area was nice, with a great breakfast on one of our last days. The pool and slides were excellent for families, though it was busy and could have been larger during school holidays. We had requested months ahead that the two rooms be next to each other because we were staying for almost a week and had extended family; we were on the same floor but our rooms were at opposite ends. The request was only honored a couple of days after most guests had left over a weekend, but we eventually got rooms next to each other. We had emailed our request months before arrival, but were told the staff member had left.

Our heater / AC unit was rather noisy and loud

The pool was amazing. Buffet breakfast options were a little lacking.
