The hotel's location is one of its strongest points, right in the heart of the action. Unfortunately, the service is a different story altogether. The staff seemed completely overwhelmed and unhelpful, taking ages to respond to even the simplest requests. I had to ask multiple times for basic things like water, and even then, it was often a struggle to get it. To make matters worse, the rooms weren't even cleaned daily, which is just basic hospitality.

Staying at this hotel was a great choice, mainly because of its unbeatable location. It's literally a stone's throw away from the famous Mahakaleshwar Temple, making it the perfect spot to base yourself. The main market is just a 2-minute walk away, so you're right in the heart of things. The staff were also super helpful and responsive whenever we needed them, although we didn't get a chance to try the food here.

I've never had a more seamless check-in experience. The staff were super friendly and got me into my room in no time. The room itself was a bit on the smaller side, but it was spotlessly clean and had everything I needed. The location was also perfect, just a short walk from the city centre. I ended up spending most of my time exploring the local area, and the hotel's proximity made it easy to pop back and forth. Overall, I was really impressed with the hotel's efficiency and helpful staff.

I'm still trying to figure out how this place managed to stay in business. The moment I walked in, I was hit with a wave of unpleasantness - the lobby was cluttered, the air was stale, and the smell of stale food lingered everywhere. The staff seemed completely uninterested in helping me, and when I asked for a room change due to the cockroaches crawling on the floor, they just shrugged and told me it was no big deal.

The Fab Raghumani palace is a gem, especially considering its prime location right by the gate of Mahakaleshwar. The staff is incredibly sweet and supportive, always going the extra mile to ensure guests feel at home. The services are top-notch, and the hotel itself is spotless and well-maintained. What really sets it apart, though, is the fact that you can hear the Arti from Mahakaleshwar from the comfort of your own room - it's a truly unique experience.
