“Mooi en goed hotel, vriendelijk personeel”
Het is een mooi hotel Kamer was heel mooi. Na 22:00 uur was de bar dicht en kon je niets meer drinken, dat was jammer

I was really excited about the rooms. The interior design is surprisingly cool and exciting, each room feels like a gem. We booked a two‑bedroom suite, but it turned out to be just two rooms side by side connected by a door, with one room much larger than the other. All rooms are very dark, which fits the design language, but anyone who prefers light in their room might feel uncomfortable.

The location is special, right next to an old church.

The location was good, but the breakfast was all card‑based and that was inconvenient.

The hotel was beautiful and a unique place to stay, but breakfast was a disappointment. Two staff had to explain the small and large breakfast options, which seemed overly complicated. We chose the large option, expecting a menu card to pick from, yet we each received a pre‑filled board with a set breakfast. We normally enjoy browsing a buffet and sampling various items, but we felt obliged to eat everything served, even items we wouldn't normally choose, like ham or three buns that were on our plate. This left almost no space to order other, likely more expensive, menu items. I added eggs benedict as an extra because I wanted at least one of the items I had originally planned to pay for, and they were good. The lack of a buffet meant only one glass of juice and one cup of coffee. While I understand the idea of limiting waste, the setup felt restrictive and disappointing. We also felt we overpaid for what we actually ate, and the staff mentioned the large option was 16 euros, yet we paid 19.50 each. I respect hotels that try to reduce food waste, but this felt more like charging for items people won’t eat rather than offering a made‑to‑order service.
