The hotel's location is simply perfect, with excellent and functional amenities.
However, I was disappointed with the dinner service, as the dishes didn't match what was on the menu.
The staff were always friendly and helpful, making my stay truly enjoyable.

“Ostfriesenhof kommt für uns nicht mehr in Frage”
The location was very good, but at the Ostfriesenhof there was no elevator, no direct access to the spa and breakfast area, and the hotel lobby had no concierge. Everything was very dark, and some lamps were broken. The toilet bowl from below was heavily soiled and not hygienic for us.
As always, a truly wonderful stay, and the breakfast left no room for complaints.
A good hotel with a great location; overall we had an enjoyable stay. We especially want to thank the staff for the chocolate cake on my wife’s birthday—it was a sweet surprise and tasted delicious. In short: the service is attentive and good. However, the choice of building must be carefully considered. When selecting a room, one must look closely at which building one ends up in. We were placed on the third floor of a building without an elevator—climbing the stairs with luggage was definitely a mini workout. Moreover, the breakfast, pool, and sauna were in a different building, so a closed transition would be urgently needed.
