The facilities were very good, check‑in and check‑out were hassle‑free, the staff were friendly, the breakfast was plentiful and excellent, and the hotel comes highly recommended; everything was fine.

We were only a five‑minute walk from the subway, which connects to everywhere, and although I usually avoid places near public transport because of noise, this one was quiet enough at night that you could hear a pin drop; the staff were incredibly nice and the whole place was exceptionally clean.

The reception was very friendly and the staff’s advice was welcome, the room was beautiful, the bathroom was large and very practical, and the comfort was great with armchairs; a superb Nussgarten is right next door and the kitchen there is very good. The only drawback was that a small fridge could have been in the room.
