We stayed with my husband from 22 to 28 September and liked everything. There were many active activities: a large water park for both adults and children, tennis courts, football and volleyball courts, ping‑pong, darts, and many other amusements. In the evenings there were various shows, especially the Michael Jackson show and the fire show, live music, discos, and karaoke. Special thanks to Diana, who taught us archery, and to Marian, who taught us bachata and salsa, and she also led aqua‑bike lessons. The food was diverse, for every taste, and we were especially pleased that Saturday was a fish day with many kinds of fish and seafood. There were many pools for both adults and children. We were very satisfied and would love to return. Our rating is 10 out of 10. No negatives, time just flew by.

The pool and food selection were great, and we had our own beach. The bathroom fixtures were a bit old, though.

Everything was to our liking, as expected for our fourth visit. The service and attractions have not declined over the years, so we’ll definitely come back.

The beach is huge and sandy, and the hotel is truly beachfront—just a 5‑minute walk through the property. The pool is large but only 150 cm deep. The rooms desperately need renovation and more lighting; they are 50 % dark. The shower cabin has many cracks and the floor usually floods. It’s nice that the hotel has a cat theme and even built houses for them, but guests take plates from the main restaurant and the cats eat from them on the ground, then the same plates are returned to the restaurant. It’s disgusting that the hotel allows food to be taken out, with plate shelves in front of each building, even though I love cats—they’re not to blame.
