We told the staff we’d arrive in the middle of the night, they said it was fine and gave us a number to call, but the number at the front desk was wrong, so we had to climb over a fence; the receptionist then denied us check‑in because of water issues, though we convinced him to let us stay until morning; the room was filthy and disgusting, but the staff were friendly and we could cancel our booking.
