The room was awful and dirty, and the reception staff behaved poorly. The airport shuttle never showed up, being delayed for over 1 hour and 15 minutes. When I called, the first two responses said it would arrive in 7 minutes, then they stopped answering. I ended up taking an Uber.

The place was spotless, smelled great, and the staff were excellent. The price was good, and the room was beautiful.

The room was great except for a broken microwave; I had to call more than 5 times before they finally brought one on my second day. The bed was very clean and comfortable, the room was cozy and in a great location, and I loved the private balcony. Breakfast was hot and offered a great variety, though orange juice was out the entire stay (who does that?). I loved the waffle station. Upon arrival I was hit with an unexpected $100 incidental fee and was rudely told it was in the "fine print." I could afford the hold, and I'm still waiting for it to be released. The marijuana smoke on the floors and through my walls was unpleasant, and I was dissatisfied with the weekend day shift. I was without a functioning microwave for half of my stay until the capable second shift on Sunday finally addressed my concerns and got me a microwave. The kitchen was out of orange juice my entire stay (who does that?).

It was easy to get to. The staff were nice and the place was clean. A little sketchy outside at night, but I felt safe and the staff were great.

I didn't sleep well because the air conditioner in the room was too loud, so I had to close the bedroom door and sleep on the living room sofa. There was also a large cockroach in the room.
