The facilities were very baby‑inclusive and we loved it; at my request they made baby food as specified, which was a plus for me, but the buffet food is kinda the same menu every day.

Es la segunda vez que vamos y el año que viene volveremos a ir, la variedad de restaurantes que tienen, la limpieza, las actividades, el trato a los huéspedes es que es todo, marcas muy buena, la verdad que siempre es un encanto una escapa así!

Adoramos tudo principalmente a limpeza; limpeza acima da média, tudo muito bem organizado, a comida excelente, e depois de tanto pensar, não tenho nada apontar.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and we were pleasantly surprised to have our room upgraded when we arrived. The facilities were great, and the hotel was clean and well maintained. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again

Lovely hotel and staff, very clean, continually cleaning was evident,food was good,varied choice, coffee machines a bit hit and miss. As an elderly couple found the noise from children's area a bit noisy but understandable, suggest main pool be restricted to adults only as a bit off putting for adults when there is adequate space in children section, entertainment ok but repeats after first week, although band lm33 was excellent
