I liked the convenience of the check‑in and check‑out. Good location both for the city and the port. Comfortable accommodation. Great breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. I liked everything! Nothing unpleasant.

Great accommodation! Super clean, very close to the port. Lovely breakfast. The rooftop terrace had excellent potential… needs comfy seating, potted plants would be amazing. Our cab driver had a hard time finding it… maybe a bigger sign!

We arrived late, 11 pm, entry instructions worked well, the room was clean, modern and had everything we needed for an overnight stay. We were joining a cruise the next morning and they arranged the short taxi ride to the ship. Excellent service all round, lovely staff. Definitely book again when next boarding a cruise from Rome (Civitavecchia).

The hotel sits right next to the cruise port, and they arranged a direct transfer to the terminal for 10€ each. If you’d rather walk, it’s less than a 10‑minute stroll to the cruise terminal bus stop. The beds, however, were extremely firm.
