“Do not plan to stay there agin.”
We didn’t stay the second night we paid for because the room hadn’t been cleaned after the previous guests; I had to scrub the toilet floor, shower, and mirror, which were filthy with hair and spider webs. It was disgusting. I had to clean everything before using the toilet and shower. There were no towels, shampoo, face cloths, or Kleenex—nothing at all. My husband went to the office to ask for Kleenex, towels, and face cloths, but was ignored at first; I told him to try again. These items are expected in a hotel or motel, so finally he gave us some shampoo and towels, but no Kleenex. The bedroom had spider webs everywhere, nightstands and everything was dusty, so I cleaned all of that before bed. There was no coffee maker or microwave either. The next day I told the owner we wouldn’t be staying the next night because nothing was provided. I asked for a refund, but he said he couldn’t give it back and I’d have to go through a process to get it. I told my husband about a homeless couple staying next door for one night, and I’d give our room to them so they could stay there the next night, but he refused to let them have the room even though we’d paid for an extra night. I’m very unhappy about this. The ink. I liked the aria. The rest, no thank you.
