Anita at the front desk was incredibly friendly and polite, and Marika in the kitchen was endlessly kind and helpful, someone you can always count on and definitely deserves a special greeting; however, there was no hot water for showering in B1.

The room was well‑equipped, and the property offered billiards, bowling, a pool and a comfy bed, but my friends were moved to building B even though our Booking reservation was for building A, and the reception claimed it was a Booking error; after a Booking representative intervened, they were able to return to the correct building A after one night.

I was shocked when the receptionist tried to charge me 194 Euro in tourist tax, while the real amount was only 4 Euro. Every room was filthy, with cobwebs and dust everywhere.

The staff were friendly and there were plenty of ways to spend my free time; breakfast had a lot of fruit. However, the cleanliness could use a little improvement, and it would be great if they offered tea and coffee.
