The communication with the staff was great, in English. The room was comfortable and clean. We really appreciated the on‑site parking, the air conditioning, and the kitchenette with a fridge. The view of Vesuvius was nice. Breakfast was at the bistro in a nearby service station and it was excellent. It’s not far from the city center, but there are no sidewalks along the road, and traffic is pretty heavy. Walking is somewhat dangerous.
Modern rooms with all the comforts, a friendly and helpful host, and a private parking spot that’s super convenient, especially for a rider like me. I’ve stayed here before and I recommend it.

The building is modern. Our family room on the first floor was spacious, nicely and comfortably furnished, with a modern kitchenette. The bed was comfy and the ensuite was immaculate, well‑equipped, and had new fittings. There’s a large terrace. The location is peaceful, overlooking Vesuvius on the horizon, and there’s covered parking. The outside area looks a bit scruffy and detracts from the quality inside the building. The ground‑floor terraces are a bit overgrown with foliage. Tidying up the exterior would lift my rating from an 8 to a 10.

Breakfast was at a partner bar just a few dozen meters away. The property is new and has excellent finishes. Giuseppe, the host, is very friendly, helpful, and caring. The apartment had a large terrace and a fully equipped kitchen. Giuseppe also provided fresh water in the fridge, a small kindness that really pleased us. We didn’t use the kitchen because, on Giuseppe’s advice, we went to dinner a few meters from the breakfast bar at the pizzeria‑restaurant da Loris, which I also recommend, especially for the wood‑oven pizza. The air‑conditioning power could be improved, the shower water temperature wasn’t very hot, and the beds are a bit soft—though that’s subjective. Overall, the property deserves it, and the value for money is largely positive.
