I liked the place—it’s clean and well kept. It was a bit warm at night because the air conditioning was off, but getting in was easy with the instructions provided by the hotel.

“Great Place for York University and Very Clean”

The place was spotless—very clean—and only about a 5‑minute walk from York University where we were attending a conference. It felt recently updated, and parking was in the driveway, which was convenient. A food market and several eateries were nearby, and the house itself had a full kitchen with a stove, microwave, and full‑size refrigerator. The house had three bedrooms but only one full bath. Wi‑Fi worked well and the neighborhood was quiet. The bed felt too hard for me, and there were steps up to the front porch and five steps up to the main level, so it isn’t handicap‑accessible. I’m not handicapped, but lugging suitcases upstairs isn’t fun. We were asked to take off our shoes at the door and leave them there; that’s a good idea, but it’s not easy to put them back on and tie them when leaving. With a full kitchen and the expectation to leave things as you found them, an automatic dishwasher would have been nice, but it wasn’t there.

“This property is very easy to locate and the interiors and facilities are great. The host was very welcoming and support”

I love the interiors—they’re very beautiful and clean—and there’s nothing I don’t like about the property.
