The place is great. When I got there they claimed no single rooms were available and tried to charge me for a double even though they had confirmed my single reservation.

Location was great. We stayed 12 days and the cleaning was never done; we went to the mountain for a couple of days, but the room wasn’t cleaned, the bathroom trash wasn’t taken out, towels weren’t changed, and the shower produced very little water.

Breakfast and room cleaning were good. The corridors and stairs weren’t kept clean, and the pillows were very hard.
“Estancia regular”
They offered breakfast. The overall cleanliness of the hotel, especially the rooms, was poor; mold was visible in the bathroom, so I didn’t shower because I didn’t trust it.

The staff were attentive and friendly. The facilities need improvement, for example the shower handle wasn’t secured properly.
