The receptionist was very kind and sent us all the information; nothing was an issue.

Communication with Ms. Karásková and her willingness to fine‑tune everything for our comfort earned top marks. The renovated room was cozy, spotless, and everything worked as it should. Many thanks.

The breakfasts were excellent and the rooms were clean. We had a problem with access because the road was under construction at the time we were there, but it was resolved.

The breakfast was rich and varied, with plenty of options, and the staff were helpful and courteous. A small table in the room would have been useful; on the large table there was also a TV, so when I sat at the table and wrote I couldn’t watch the TV at the same time.
