Quiet, shops within a 10‑minute walk. The AC struggles to cool the kitchen, the room is too small. No mosquito nets, so you can’t sleep with the windows open because the bugs are relentless.

Good location, nice grounds and a lovely pool! The kitchen worktops stuck, and the sofa bed in the living room was sagging and you could feel the metal frame.
“Absolute Ruhe und Traumaussicht”
The view is fantastic; from the balcony you see the whole Kvarner Bay as well as the islands of Cres and Krk. The beach and old town are about 200 m away. You should walk well because the apartment sits on a steep rise. The landlord is very helpful and friendly. A clean salt‑water pool. Absolute quiet. I would book again anytime. We rented a motor scooter during our stay.
Wonderful location, two balconies with views of the sea, garden, and pool made the stay unforgettable. It’s near Peharovo beach and they claim it’s the best in Lovran. The setting is charming and well‑maintained, and the owner lives on site, staying discreetly and never disturbing. Warm welcome guaranteed. It feels a bit old‑fashioned and under‑equipped, but the tiny apartment is cute. You’ll need to bring most kitchen and bathroom items; the microwave is missing. Even basic coffee machines should be standard at this price point. The washer, fridge, oven, dishwasher, AC, and TV work, but they’re not modern. The balcony could be more comfortable; the view is unbeatable. The shower is tiny (about 65‑70 cm), the sink is small, so it’s not suitable for people taller than 185 cm. The mattress is springy in the net, which feels subjective. The pool water was consistently too cold; when we were there it was a mild 25‑26 °C, so it would have been better if the water wasn’t much cooler than the air. Lovran’s transport and parking are a bit tricky due to terrain, so you need a routine. A cold drink from the fridge upon arrival is a nice touch, which has always been the case. I’m writing all this because we enjoyed staying here and our suggestions are constructive. Some things can’t change, some can.
